The Resource for Estate Planning Professionals July 31, 2008 Dear Returning and Prospective Members: Welcome back and we hope you had wonderful summer. The Board of Directors has been busy developing an exceptional schedule of speakers and joint meetings for the upcoming year. Our season opening cocktail, buffet and carving station dinner reception on September 16 will held at our exciting new meeting location The City Club located at Golden Bear Plaza, Suite 600, 11780 U.S. Highway One in North Palm Beach starting at 5:15 p.m. There is no charge to attend the reception and we invite you to bring a colleague to join us. All dinner meetings including our joint meetings will also be at The City Club and begin with a cocktail reception at 5:15 p.m.; the speaker and dinner will commence at 6:15 p.m. with a question and answer session following at 7:15 p.m. Please note that the special two hour December breakfast meeting with Natalie Choate as the speaker will be held at the West Palm Beach Marriott located at 1001 Okeechobee Boulevard near the Kravitz Center starting at 7:30 a.m. The May 19, 2009 breakfast meeting will also be held at The City Club starting with breakfast at 7:30 a.m., followed by our annual election of Directors and a panel of speakers discussing recent significant estate planning developments. A complete meeting schedule is enclosed for your easy reference. Annual membership dues are $300 for the year, which includes one drink at each cocktail reception and dinner or breakfast at each meeting. In addition, as a council member you may have the opportunity to participate in the annual Estate Planning Supplement appearing in a Sunday edition of the Palm Beach Daily News during January 2008 (see enclosed information from Marshall Jones and Evan W. Turk, Chairpersons - Supplement Committee), participate in a monthly breakfast roundtable workshop meetings to again be held at Comerica Bank located at 2401 PGA Boulevard, Suite 198, Palm Beach Gardens (schedule enclosed), be listed in our printed directory as well as on our website, and enjoy networking with your fellow professionals. Please return the enclosed 2008-2009 Annual Dues Statement by September 28, 2008 to be included in the printed directory.
