1) Topic selection submission:  Friday, August 15, 2008.
2) Advertising commitment deadline:  Monday, September 15, 2008.
  a) Please contact Jennifer Lawson of the Palm Beach Daily News at 561-820-3822 if you are interested in placing an ad.
  b) If you require the newspaper’s graphic department to create your ad, you must supply all necessary information and logos no later than Friday, October 3, 2008.
  c) Camera ready materials must be submitted to Jennifer by Friday, October 24, 2008.
3) Article Submission: Friday, September 15, 2008. Please include a 1 or 2 line bio of no more than 60 words along with your article of 800 words (or less).
4) Photograph submission: If you wish to have a photograph accompany your article, please submit the photo along with your article.
  a) Digital photos should be 200 dpi Resolution JPG or higher.
  b) If mailing your photo, mark your name on the back of the photo and indicate if you wish to have your photo returned to you.
  c) Please provide a professional photograph no more than three years old. If you do not have a recent updated photo and would like one, many members in the past have used David R. Randell Photographics. 561-748-8821 or David@drrphoto.com

If you must obtain your firm’s approval for article content and revisions, please plan accordingly so that you will meet the above deadlines.
